Before joining Integra, Dr. Cohen held a director position at the Global Innovative R&D at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Where he was responsible for identifying and pursuing collaboration, licensing and partnership with Pharma & biotech companies and academic institutions worldwide. Dr. Cohen is a life science professional with extensive experience in drug development, project scouting and evaluation. Dr. Cohen completed his Ph.D. and Post doc fellowship at the Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science.

An experienced and appreciated financer with over 18 years of experience in the Israeli capital market working at local and international investment banking (serving as VP at Barclays, ING & Meitav Dash), Oren helped and facilitated capital raising in both the Israeli primary and secondary markets for multiple companies, including Mazor Robotics, Foamix Pharmaceuticals, ReWalk, Israeli Chemicals and Sapiens Software.
