Alon Natanson is the CEO of Yissum. A seasoned leader with extensive experience transforming both established and emerging life sciences and technology companies, he has successfully restructured and scaled organizations across digital health, biotechnology, and medical devices, including Nonagon Ltd., Apos Medical Assets, and Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics.

Alon has a proven ability to drive strategic growth, secure significant funding, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. With a background in marketing and finance at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he played a key role in launching Copaxone, Alon holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from The Hebrew University, Israel.

Prof. Soreq is the Charlotte Slesinger Professor of Molecular Neuroscience at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Brain Sciences. Previously, Prof. Soreq served as Dean of the Hebrew University’s Faculty of Science.

Mr. Mizrachi is a Senior Partner at FWMK law firm where he leads the high-tech and venture capital department. Prior to founding FWMK, Mr. Mizrachi worked in the high-tech department of the Zysman, Aharoni & Gayer firm and was a high-tech partner at Mirkin-Efrima & Co.
Mr. Mizrachi has an LL.B. and B.A (Business Management) from the Israeli College of Management.

Mr. Shorrer is an expert on the capital markets and insurance with experience over 20 years. He served as commissioner of insurance and capital markets of Israel, chairman of leading Israeli financial companies and chairman of investment committee at different financial companies. Mr. Shorrer served also as a member of board in few hi- tech companies. Mr. Shorrer has a B.A. in economics and accounting and M.B.A. in finance and banking from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Cohen has served as CFO for Yissum since 2010. He is a CPA and graduated with a BA in Business Management and Accounting and MBA from the Israeli College of Management.

Lani Dodiuk Questembert is the Deputy general Counsel of Yissum, the technology transfer company of the Hebrew university. Prior to joining Yissum, Lani worked in major Israeli and US law firms where she gained in depth experience in technology and IP transactions. Lani Questembert earned a J.D. from Fordham University in New York, and a B.Sc. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Lani is licensed to work as an attorney in both Israel and New York.
